There are three main things to think about when doing group work for a client. The first thing is that you have to get along with your group members. You will be spending a lot of time with them so be sure that you like them. The second thing is to be open minded of others opinions and thoughts. there is no right way to do a project so just try and think of other people's opinions. and the third thing which i think is most important is to think about the audience. you have to keep in mind who is going to be looking at and using your design. Mrs. Rogers is very helpful so be sure you get help when you need it! And lastly, HAVE FUN!

Life...

I have been thinking a lot lately about life and college and the chapter of your life after college. That chapter is getting sooo close for us! It's very frustrating when people, like me, can't find their "passion". I have been keeping my options open but right now I'm not really liking my major which makes my classes harder to like and pay attention. But it will end and get better soon and there is a career out there for everyone and they will find something they love doing, even though it may take a while to find. So keep your head up and just be sure you love whatever it is you do because every 60 seconds you spend not loving something you do is a minute of happiness that you won't get back! :) SO have a great day!

I thought the article was very interesting. My parents always taught me to never burn bridges because its more about who you know than what you know when it comes to your career. I think the more friendlier and personable you are, the better your job will be. I thought the little experiment that they did was great too. I think doing those to see if people can work together and do things that they didnt expect is a great test before the real job.

First off, I would like to say that im sorry about your family and they are in my prayers. I am very excited about my interview but also very nervous. I think its great that we get to practice it before we have to do the real thing, which is sooner than we know! I give my power point presentation sometime this week and I'm very excited about it! I guess that's it. :)

P.S. I forgot that I was suppose to post it on my wall not the teachers! Opps:)

I thought the Web 2.0 video was very informational. It made me think a lot about what technology does to help us. I, personally, am not great with learning about new technology since it takes a while to get use to working with different things. Seeing that video, I thought about how much easier it is if I were to take time and learn about new technology, especially the computer. It is mind-boggling how much information can be online for everyone to see. I have never had a blog before but now that I do, the whole world can see what I am doing in the click of a button!

First Blog :)

Hey guys!
My name is Casey Kroll and I am a junior here at Clemson. I am on the Women's Swimming and Diving team and love staying active. I have a twin sister that goes to Clemson as well and also swims for Clemson. My major is PRTM and I would love to coach swimming at a Division I college when I get older. I am from Nashville, TN and LOVE country music! Besides swimming, which takes up most of my time, I like to run and bike and do anything with friends. I can't really think of anything else to tell you off the top of my head but if you would like to know anything you can just ask me! :)
